Easy Crispy Seafood PIatter

Easy and simple crispy seafood platter made with McCormick season fry crispy flavour is the perfect frying mix that sharpens the fresh seafood meal.

8 Large sized prawn(jumbo),shelled with tail intact
1 flower crab,cut into 4
8 large mussels,shelled
4 small squids,cleaned
1 egg,lightly beaten
1 packet McCormick season fry crispy flavour

pound iconMayonnaise DIP

5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Oregano Leaves powder

Hand whisk together until it become creamy.

1.First coat the various seafood with beaten egg and then with Season's Fry.Deep Fry them in batches, star tins with prawns,crabs,squids and mussels.

2.Serve seafood with mayonnaise dip.

A Simple Appetizer/Starter made with simple home made spicy condiments and ingredients,completely belongs to Mexico country traditional recipe.

1/2 cup Onion, Chopped 
2 tsp. Green chilies, chopped
2 tsp.  Fresh red & yellow chilies, chopped
1/4 cup Spring onion, chopped
1 cup Tomatoes(semi ripe)
3 tbsp. fresh Lemon juice
½ tsp Freshly ground pepper
Salt To taste

Ham Lentil Soup

Ham Lentil Soup is a flavourful,colourful,rich,Healthy,creamy soup that enriches for the great Christmas festival.It's perfect with the toasted Garlic Bread,French Toast.

2 cups lentils
8 cups water
3 tsp vegetable oil
1 fresh carrots, chopped finely
2 white onion,chopped roughly
2 bay leaf(optional)
   salt -to taste
1 medium sized turkey ham,cubed
2 semi ripe tomatoes(optional)

Cook ham with onion, bay leaf, salt, carrots, and tomatoes until carrots are tender(about 15 minutes). 
Add lentils and continue cooking until lentils are done.(approximately 30 minutes).

Sour Cream Potato soup|Step by Step Fall Soup Recipe Guide

2 cups potatoes;peeled skin,grated finely
1 cup boiling water
1 small white onion, chopped finely
11/2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

STEP 1
Collect all the Ingredients and shape it




STEP 2
Soak the fresh potatoes for 15 minutes. Peel-off the potatoes,grate it finely.





STEP 3


Take the Sauce pan,Boil the water,add grated potatoes,allow to cook until potatoes are tender.





STEP 4


Check the potatoes are well cooked by smashing on your finger,then add salt and fresh pepper.





STEP 5
Simmer the sauce pan for 5 minutes,then add sour cream,blend it well.



STEP 6 
Finally, Thick creamy,Sour potato soup is ready,enjoy with toasted garlic Bread.Granish with fried Bacon,Sliced Leek,Herbs.





Notes :
Combine all ingredients except sour cream and cook for 15 minutes. Add sour cream and cook until potatoes are tender.

how to make instant mawa/khoya at Home V1(3 steps)

Heat the nonstick heavy bottomed pan,add the Condensed milk with butter,stir continuously  until it reduce into semi-solid liquid(should be under very low flame).

Step 2
Add the Milk Powder,Stir well with the mixture for 2-3 minutes.It will form like a koya/mawa.Transfer it to the clean bowl,after it reduced like a thick kova,blend it thoroughly.

Step 3
Cover the bowl with plastic sheet or closing lid. store it i.the refrigerate for about 20 minutes,take it out and Use it as whatever you like to make Milk sweets.
